Yum Yum

I'm not trying to turn this into a recipe blog, but I made this for our work Halloween potluck and everyone loved it.

PuMpKin CaKe SqUaReS

1 pkg yellow cake mix (less 1 cup)
1 egg
1 sq melted butter or margarine

Mix the above together after removing 1 cup of the mix which you use later. Pat mixture into bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

1 large can spiced pumpkin pie filling
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 C canned milk

Mix filling together and pour over crust mixture.

1 C reserved yellow cake mix
½ C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 T butter or margarine (cold)

Mix these ingredients together well until they form crumb topping. Sprinkle over top of filling. Bake about 60 min @ 350. Cut in squares. Serve with whipped cream.
