Milestones

It was an eventful weekend of fun-filled family milestones (the only thing that could have made it more perfect was a little more sunshine). My oldest (or is it eldest) child turned 12. Huge milestone. He had a party and went and played laser tag. Not only did he graduate from Primary and received the Aaronic Priesthood but he will soon be graduating from elementary school and going to that dreaded Jr. High school. Oh, yes, I remember junior high all too well. He also got his first check which he was thrilled about (more excited about the $5 check than the $20 bill). Then I attended the baptism of my sister’s oldest child. My niece with her darling daughter (my first great-niece) and her newborn chunky little baby boy were there too but I couldn’t snuggle the cute tykes because of this blasted cold. After that we hurried up to the North Pole to my sister-in-law’s first child’s one-year-old birthday party.

And if that wasn’t fulfilling enough, the Jazz won. Yee Haw! Go Jazz!

Well, your sister in law from the north pole loved having you there. BUT, Gracie really loves her little wagon. I am sure that it will go many of miles.
Was it REALLY that cold???
